You are stuck in a moment

you never realised... you've got stuck in a moment... a moment you never wanted in your life... a moment least expected in your life... a moment that changed your world.... but you forgot to change yourself with time....you've got stuck in a moment... and now you can't get out of it... it is not because you won't come out of it... but you never tried to come out of it... you never realised that the time will pass....you've got stuck in a moment.

year filled with.......

a new year.. what it meant to be... year filled with hopes... lots of dreams.. aspirations.

you see the mirror and feel... the connection with the year that just passed by.. still in your memories... fresh..... giving you the reason to smile .. standing by your side all the friends who are very close to you now were not there the year before.... your acheivements... your joy.. dreams turning into reality... and shatttering of few of your dreams... yet getting up all over again in the morning with many more new dreams .... starting all over again in hope to turn them into reality ... your eyes twinkled like never before... the emotions flowing hard to stop... your near ones.. your dear ones... fear of losing them... holding closely and firmly.. standing on the ground firmly...

now beginning of a new year... new joy... opening the new avenues... with you opportunities..
making you feel good.. a step toward... a step forward... evaporating all the confusions... visibilty turning into fesibilty...

Make the day bright
Look up to the light
The light of divinity
Enlightening the whole vicinity

That light falls on the lake
Giving you the opportunity to make-
To make your future bright
When you feel that resources are tight

The ray of hope
The future of yours

what is it that's dragging you behind
when you want to see the future but you find
all you want to see is an illusion
which is leading you to a confusion
so many thoughts, so many dreams
broken when you went down the stream
where water was flowing so hard
it was impossible to go few more yards

the desire of yours
burning within
saying you to still walk-in
holding all your dreams
shining bright or dim
giving them a push
when time still rush
giving you the reason
to share joy of the season

for hope of future
see through law of the nature
suns comes out everyday
it is there to make your day bright
by giving you all its light
look upto the morning sun
look upto the rising sun.

Dream Till You Die

Dream till you die
Hope you can fly.
If you think

what we desire

it's the second poem i've written after orientation at SIMS....
it's for my class.........

what we desire
are wings of fire,
to fly in sky
up, above and high.
keeping up the pace
and leaving no space,
we are the bunch
which will stand the crunch.
we are just arrived
but here to stay.

new beginning

this is a short poem i've written after our orientation program at SIMS...........

new beginnings.....new world
new hopes and new sky
everything was new
when we stepped into this world
we changed ourselves.
we cried and tried
to do what we were told
to give our best
forgot about the rest
woke up early and
worked late.
presenting the cases
representing our batch
we sailed through
the orientation as a class.
hope to do big in this world
together we stand
united we stay.

a day to be remembered

A day like this should better be remembered as day of new beginnings, a day when you actually get to know what you are up to. It gives you something which you can’t deny at deepest of your thoughts – what I am capable of doing.
My experience is about a business exercise, which was given to us, and there were some conditions attached to it. Like- you don’t have to spend a single penny while going to the place, which was assigned to us and doing a survey on restaurant business in that area. So, we took lift from two cars, a truck and a municipality van, which is used to carry dead body while going to the place. After that we visited many restaurant and took so many lifts that I lost my count of that. After a long search, we went to Mainland China- an up market restaurant in City Point, but he turned us down. Then we went a restaurant named BOMBAY BRASSERIE, which specializes in Indian cuisine and currently holding a Kabab and Curry Festival (19th June to 3rd July). We talked to its manager Mr. Murli Das and then to Mr. Imtiaz Shaikh - food and breweries manager, while talking to him i found that he was friend of Col. Prem Anand. The restaurant was part of Copper Chimney group, which has 20 other branches in India and runs Restaurant under name of Bombay Brasserie, Copper Chimney, and Bombay Blues. We collected some information about the restaurant, its operations, its customer profile and all. Then we visited the Kitchen and get to know about some of the Chefs. We had our lunch with the Manager of the Restaurant and talked to a customer. And after that we left for a journey ahead, getting back to institute at time by taking lift from cars.
In all it was it day I thoroughly enjoyed and will remember throughout my life.
